Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Elgin was built in 1886 at the junction of two rail lines in Marion, Kansas to spark an economic boom. Our tours offer a fascinating look into the hotel's rich past, stunning architecture, and the stories that have unfolded within its walls for over a century.

The Elgin is an operating hotel and only offers tours in between guests checking in and out of the hotel.
