Parlour 1886 is open to the public for brunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. We encourage you to make a reservation.

Saturday and Sunday mornings, you'll receive a $25 gift card per person to be used at Parlour 1886 inside the hotel. The Parlour offers a wide array of options. Brunch is served from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays so enjoy breakfast at your time, your way.

Monday through Friday mornings, a made-from-scratch Parlour 1886 breakfast will be awaiting you in the guest refrigerator. This delicious breakfast features 2 scrambled eggs, herb roasted potatoes, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of sausage, fresh fruit, and orange juice and can be heated and enjoyed at the time of your choosing. Coffee and tea are always available at the Elgin.
