The Elgin awaits its visitors…
In the foyer of the Elgin stands a 6 ft Santa Claus donated by Jim & Judy Christensen of Marion. Santa is estimated to be 6o-70 years old and once stood in a department store. Owner, Tammy Ensey poses with Santa for a photo.

The 10 ft Christmas tree that lights up the ballroom with silver and blue was donated by Glenda McCord of Lake Kiowa, TX. The 7 ft tree on the 2nd floor is one of 20 trees crowning the hotel this holiday season.
Historic Elgin Hotel Innkeepers, Alicia Stone and Ann Holt greet visitors as they arrive.
The library was staged with snow villages from a variety of collections, including Cheyenne Lewis’ Graceland display.
The 3rd floor rocked a 9 ft tree, one of 20 trees displayed around the hotel.
An antique Lionel train runs through the hotel conference room. This train is part of a set handed down to owner, Tammy Ensey, from her father Don Hayes and her grandfather, Charles Hayes of Franklin, PA.
